Melting in a New Heat

I want to call it baking— all of the emotion melding and expanding as one state transforms into another.

Sitting in our friend Jenny’s earthen sauna.

The sauna induces a primary body state, that of being tidal. Heat comes deeply in, and pores open into release. In and out.

Sloshing water on the hot brick box, greeting the next wave of steamy cloud.
